Filter a report

When a survey program is created, admin can select the reports available for the program monitoring. Reports are always standard and cannot be customized (correct if I'm wrong). User can apply filters to make a report more specific.

 

However, is it possible to make a report available with a filter already active?

    You are correct, that the reports are standard and there is limited ability to customize.  The individual users are able to add/edit filters and update/add sections to each report.  Once they make their customizations they can save the report for future reference.  This will save all filters and sections for that user for future use.  I hope this helps, but let me know if you have additional questions.

      For future use it must be intended for all the surveys where the type of report is enabled, or for the same survey when the user access again to the report?

        It would be for the program/survey you saved the report for. But you do have the ability to edit that saved report to align with your filter criteria for future use should you need to.
