Employees answering the survey

Hello,

• How does the employee log in (single sign-on?)
  • Survey takers are able to access Viva Glint surveys via the below options:
    • Entra Authentication with Azure Active Directory (Recommended).
      • If this method is chosen, the customer may have "SSO" selected as an authentication method into the Azure Active Directory.
    • Personalized survey link that will be sent to participants (above authentication is not required).
    • Attribute based login where users are able to retrieve survey links by entering attributes. This will not authenticate participants and is less secure than surveys requiring Azure AD authentication.

• Are employees automatically reminded to complete the survey? 
  • Yes, Viva Glint does have the ability to send out automatic reminders for each survey.  The number of reminders and timing can be customized directly within each survey program. 
• If yes, how often can reminder be sent out?
  • This can be customized.  Glint does have a default cadence setup; however, customers can determine how many reminders and the cadence for each communication. 
• Can answers be changed later (after already uploaded the answered survey)?
  • At the survey program level, you can determine if you want to enable survey resubmissions or not.  If this is setting is enabled, and the survey taker completes their survey a second time, their previous responses will be overwritten.

• Surveys can be answered on all devices (mobile as well)?
  • Yes, Glint surveys can be completed on Mobile devices.
• What does the tool look like from the employee’s perspective?
