Editable text for Privacy Policy

From what I noticed filling out the text box in the backend automatically populates the Company Message to Survey Participants within the survey Program set up. Are these the same field correct?

Yes, that is correct, you will be able to edit, from either section, however updating from the backend will set the default text for each survey program.
