Display text after question

A customer wants the last line shown below to appear after a question. Would you know how tis can be done, please?

Have you been subjected to harassment at work by a colleague, manager, and/or customer in the last 12 months? Yes/No

If you answered yes - where have you been subjected?

  • A customer
  • A colleague
  • A manager
  • Both

If you answered yes to this question; we strongly encourage you to contact your nearest manager, HR Business Partner, or through the speak-up channel (search for "speak up" on Genie) for further assistance.

  • Hello mattbc, I apologize for delay, in adding the additional text, the customer can add this in as instructional text within the question directly.  They would be able to add it directly to the question text as well, however they may run into character limit issues.  By adding the additional text as "instructional" text they will have additional character limits to add the necessary clarifying text.  I hope this helps, but let me know if you have additional questions.

Hello mattbc, the instructional text will have to be part of the question. In your example, you could add the additional text as part of the follow-up question "If you answered, where have you been subjected?  We strongly encourage you to contact your nearest....."  I hope this helps, but let me know if you have additional questions.
