Dashboard Glitch on Client LIVE survey?!

Hi there, We are facing an urgent problem with the Glint platform-    The client survey is closing today and last we have seen, it was at about 80% response rate (about 2000+ employees responded)....

Hello Jing_Ying_Choon,

 

You were correct in directing the customer to enter a ticket through MAC.  I am happy to help troubleshoot, but wanted to first confirm if the issue continues to occur?
