Customising the Generic Survey Login Page

Can we edit, customise or configure the Generic Survey Login Page?

While the text on the page is configurable as you've done, the rest of it cannot be customized.- Thank you. Do you know of any instructions or help pages on how to configure the text, please? I am asking because it was done by a previous provider and not us.
