Creating a new Glint survey
- What question options are there? (e.g. open questions, multiple choice, scale,...)
- Regarding scaling questions: Is there another option than scaling with a 5-scale?
- Is there an approval process before sending out the survey?
- Is there a maximum number of surveys that can be created (e.g. annually)?

- Rating
- Glint's standard scale is 5pt from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree).

- Open-ended

- Regarding scaling questions: Is there another option than scaling with a 5-scale?
- We have 5 and 7pt options available, however the 5pt scale is Glint's best practice.

Is there an approval process before sending out the survey?
- The Company Admin has to "approve" and "enable" the survey program before it is sent.
- The customer has the ability to preview the survey before taking the above steps.
- Is there a maximum number of surveys that can be created (e.g. annually)?
- No, the customer can create multiple surveys within the Glint platform.
