Consideration of special events & changes
How are certain special events, such as the change of a manager, taken into account in the evaluation?

Glint survey's are point in time. Meaning at the time of survey launch. If a new data file was sent after the survey launch with a new hierarchy that would not reflect on the survey but would reflect in your current user data set.
