Compare data from an old survey of mine in the reports

Can I make a comparison attarverso my survey reports even with an old survey? Or does the comparison only occur if surveys are created as a recurring type?

Example: I create an Ad Hoc surveys one year later I relaunch it the same because I understand I am interested in the topic again. Can I make a comparison between the two surveys?
