Best Place to Work Accreditation alignment

Are there any examples of how we have worked with clients to align an annual Engagement Survey with to "Best Place to Work" items/Accreditation, my client specifically asked - which items from the core (if any) would we recommend keeping to align to their example of the Forbes metric. Any experience of this, or advice on how to move forward with this question/ request is much appreciated.

    Hello kirstytc, I apologize for the late response, however I wanted to share a few details from our People Science team.

     

    We have found that they don't really align that well due to many reasons, different questions and differing scales being two of those. We are not measuring the BPtW outcome, and we recommend using fewer, more targeted, people-success-aligned items that align to the work experience and to the employees.
