Answering a survey

  • Does a survey have to be completed by the employee without interruption or can the employee pause and complete the survey later?
  • Can the employee be allowed to complete a survey more than once? Or can each employee only fill out the form once?
  • What does the employee see while respectively after answering the survey? She does not have access to the tool but only to the survey, doesn't she?

    Hello stefaniezepf,

     

    • Any started survey will save the latest completed question that an employee completes.  If they leave a survey before submitting all responses, they will be able to access the survey at a later time and they will start at the latest completed question. 
    • For recurring survey programs (typically engagement) users can only complete a survey one time.  If "allow resubmission" is enabled the user can retake the survey, however their previous response would be removed and only the latest response will be on file. 
    • If a survey taker does not have access to see the results of the survey, then after survey completion they will not see any results.  If a user is in a user role that has access to see results (ELT, HRBP, Manager as example) then they would be able to access the dashboard and see any results that they are permissioned for.
