Adding employees to existing ongoing survey (implies a change in mgr hierarchy)

I have shared a document and steps on how you can manually send users survey invites for live surveys.  You cannot currently remove users from the survey distribution for live surveys.

A Distribution List can be adjusted at any time, but doesn't automatically send a survey invitation to new users. Those invites have to be sent manually.

From the admin dashboard, select the People section, search for each user, and select Send Survey. Each new user is sent the email invitation immediately. From then on, new users receive reminders according to the same schedule as all other users.
