Access error Viva Glint
In my tenant client, many users cannot access Glint. The screenshot below highlights the error. What could be the problem? Access with Attribute base works.

Hello FToffali,
Can you confirm if you are continuing to experience this issue? If so, you will want to make sure that all end-users have access to the appropriate surveys. In addition, you are correct, that it could be an attribute issue with their permissions. For attributes you will want to make sure the user has access to a population where they can see at least 5 responses to exceed the confidentiality threshold.
Confirm user roles have access to specific survey programs:
- Configure cog
- Pulse Programs
- Select appropriate survey program
- If you need to add/edit user roles within the survey program, you will need to "unapprove" the survey.
- Go to the "reporting" section
- On this page you will be able to see the user roles that have access to the survey program
- You will want to make sure the role has "live" access.
