As a note, 360s are not yet available in Viva Glint and are on the roadmap to be available in August 2024. These answers are based on what's currently available in the LinkedIn Glint platform.
1. External raters cannot be invited for 360 feedback.
2. This is configurable by cycle. The results can be shared with the subject of the 360, the manager, and an internal coach.
