Unable to join some Communities and unable to add members to some Communities

So, when enabling Native mode, it should convert all communities to be group connected. Double check that native mode is enabled!
If it is any they dont have a group, then create a ticket with the MS support
You should open a support case for this. As noted, the conversion to Native Mode should connect all communities to M365 Groups.
