Is the restricted posting feature being removed from Viva Engage communities?
From everything I can see, Microsoft has not announced the removal of the restricted-posting feature in Viva Engage. The option is still documented and supported, and there’s no official communication suggesting it’s being phased out. Any rumor you heard is likely just speculation. For now, posting restrictions are still fully controlled at the tenant or community-admin level, so your organization decides whether the feature is enabled or not.

This feature historically was able to be selected by the community admins for a community.
The recent change means this is now only configurable by Network Admins and Corporate Communicators. So the feature is still there but setting it up is more of a hassle.
