Your team has to do a better job with transitioning from one brand name to the next. I am absolutely LOST! If Yammer is dying then kill it and move on.
I need to figure out how external networks of contacts will work with my 365.
Until I see a good solution for the basics there is no way I would advise my network to move away from salesforce to 365.

- Yammer as a brand is transitioning to Viva Engage. It isn't dying.
Viva Insights is something different.
