How to setup a custom user-background image in VIVA Engage?
Dear Community,
my users are asking me how to change the personal wallpaper (not the profile-picture nor the community-wallpaper) from the default-blue-comicish one. You can see a custom personal wallpapaer within the official ad-video at 0:47.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance,

This answer provides nothing on adding the cover photo. I already have a license. Can't find anything on adding the cover photo. I was able to change profile photo, but not the cover photo
You should see "update cover photo" if you hover over the Cover Photo.
Nope, not there. Even made a call to support & they couldn't find a fix. Works on communities I create, but not my account profile.
