How do I create Community NOT connected to M365 Group?
I see a lot about M365 Group-connected Communities:

and how to create them, but where and how do I create Communities NOT connected to M365 Group?
- You can't do this anymore. You also can't create Microsoft Teams workspaces ("Teams") that aren't connected to M365 Groups either.
