Access to only one public community
Hi,
Is it possible to share a selected group with only one public community? So that the group doesn't have access to other public content?

Hi Karolina007
Yes, it is possible to share a selected group with only one public community. To do this, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to the group that you want to share.
- Click the More button (three dots) in the top right corner of the group.
- Select Share.
- In the Share with dialog, select the public community that you want to share the group with.
- Click Share.
Once you have shared the group with the public community, the members of the group will only be able to see the content that is shared with the public community. They will not be able to see any other content in the group, including private posts and messages.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- You can only share a group with one public community at a time.
- If you remove the public community from the list of shared communities, the members of the group will no longer be able to see the content that is shared with the public community.
- If you delete the group, the public community will no longer have access to the content that was shared with it.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
- Karolina007Copper ContributorI don't know if I understood correctly "go to the group that you want to share", where exactly? I meant the group from AAD (microsoft 365 or security) with users who don't have a viva enagage license yet (only Office 365 F3, without Viva Engage Core) and their accounts have not been created there.
- Users without a Viva Engage license cannot access Viva Engage.
