Viva Connection app not displaying some cards cards
So, I am trying to get the viva connections app setup and working in teams. I have a couple main issues. 1. Some cards just don't want to display. For example, the Insights praise card, in the ...
- Cache or desktop version issue! 🙂 Do a clean wipe and install Teams 2.1, it's GA since the other day.
That should make it work.
Have you tried in the browser (https://teams.microsoft.com)? Do you get the same issue there ?
I had not tried that yet. So i just did. Cards and menu all seem to be working fine. So it seems as if it is only the desktop.

That should make it work.Well, it worked on first launch. Now it is doing the same thing with the cards. Menu seem to be working though.
I noticed it is the same on the mobile. phone. There has to be something not setup properly. but SharePoint permissions seem fine since from the team's web app, and the SharePoint homesite it is all working.
- Weird bug...I would recommend you to create a support case with Microsoft support
- Okay, so, i tried clearing the cache once again and that didn't work. So i uninstalled both the classic and new teams app on the computer. Downloaded just the newest installer for the new teams app. And we are working.
I figured a clean install would not have been that much different than clearing out the cache. but I guess now I know better.
