How to stop post content in Viva Engage to sending emails to the whole company
Loving having a New Viva engage community but trying to figure out a way to determine who gets new posts to the community . Currently it sends out to everyone which then looks like spam. I want to ke...

This usually happens when a post is shared in the “All Company” community”, which sends email notifications to everyone by default. To avoid this, try posting in a specific community instead of All Company and check your Viva Engage notification settings to reduce email alerts. If you're an admin, you can also manage notification settings from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
