Viva Amplify Open Rates have dropped significantly - did something change?
Hello,
In two different campaigns, for a total of 4 messages, starting 9/20 our open rates have dropped significantly for messages to the same audience. Previous open rates were around 50%, they are now showing 18% or less. Did something change with the way these are being reported or is something broken with the reports?

Hello MarjorieL375, thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear about the impact on Unique Viewers.
There is a known issue with Outlook Win32 clients that could affect the view count you see, in the Amplify Reports, for publications published to Outlook audiences.
The Outlook team is working on a fix, a message was posted regarding this in the Message Center (ID: MV912202)If your M365 environment uses the Monthly Enterprise Channel, or the Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel for updates, then the fix has already been flighted to your tenant and you will start to see Outlook generated Unique Viewer counts in the Amplify Reports, as your users restart their Outlook Win32 desktop clients, and the fix takes effect.
