Specify SharePoint Description and Thumbnail
Is there a way to check / amend the thumbnail or description for content published in Viva Amplify to SharePoint?
In the same way you can set the Audience for a SharePoint article, it would be useful to be able to see / edit these. As default fields, common across all SharePoint sites, it feels like this should be an option. Even a preview of how it would appear in a SharePoint news feed would be helpful

Hi, I agree this would be a useful publishing control, especially when Amplify content lands in SharePoint news-style surfaces.
The first workaround I would test is publishing to SharePoint, then opening the created page in the SharePoint site and checking Page details. In normal SharePoint pages you can often adjust the thumbnail and description/promo text there. The catch is that Amplify may manage or overwrite some page details when the campaign content is republished, so I would test it with a non-production campaign before relying on it.
If it does get overwritten, then this is probably a Viva Amplify product gap rather than a SharePoint setting. A preview/edit option for SharePoint thumbnail and description at publish time would be the cleaner feature request.
