Language Translations in Viva Amplify

Hello and thanks in advance for your help. Is there an auto-translation feature for Viva Amplify posts? According to Supported languages in Viva Amplify | Microsoft Learn languages are supported, but it doesn't state anything else. Extremely vauge.  Would we need to purchase a third party tool and/or purchase an Azure translation subscription or something like that? Is this built in? Any context to language translations in Amplify would be of great help. Thank you!
