Partner renewal - What is going on?!

To update, this is apparently a known issue. Investigation is continuing 'backend' and we have accepted a manual override for the points that we would have otherwise counted as negative..

- Further update, our scoring updated and now we have two more unknown customers, and another few in growth which show in decline which are not our customers and never have been.
We also have customers showing decline when they shouldn't be.
Partner Center is a complete mess at this stage.
Good job we don't need to renew anytime soon.... oh wait...
