How to access to cdx.transform.microsoft.com ?
Hello, thanks for quick response!
i tried clicking that multiple times using my partner account, global admin account - it does not seem to do the job?
Could some of my accounts be missconfigured?
I also have this error, probably related, under Sign-In logs for MWT application
All, The issue I was experiencing was resolved by Microsoft Support, working with Graph https://aka.ms/ge
Number of permission had to be allowed and partner app registered. Well beyond my capabilities.
So finally, can access CDX. Unfortunately, unable to create MS demo due to the following. Could someone confirm that issue apply to everyone, please?
General Service Status
4.22.24
Due to licensing changes many tenants are temporarily unavailable at this time. As licenses become available tenants will be turned back on. All experiences that require tenants have been disabled until tenants can be made available again.

- wdebakker560Aug 16, 2024Copper ContributorI got the following instructions from Andrew from the Microsoft Transform Program support. It took some time but they really helped me out on this. I hope this helps you.
“The administrator of the tenant needs to add the partner center access explicitly as a service principle to the tenant. To get the partner center service principle propagated, run the following commands:
1. install-module AzureAD
2. connect-azuread -tenantid [Your tenant ID]
3. New-AzureADServicePrincipal -AppId 4990cffe-04e8-4e8b-808a-1175604b879f
Once this has been completed, please try consenting.”- Sep 22, 2024
Hi wdebakker560
Do you know what else to do to provide access to a member of my organization (microsoft partner) to get in to cdx portal?
I already did it following the steps you provided with the registration of the Service Principal, but considering the SP is already created and a member of my team wants to access the CDX portal. From my point of view the only thing to do is to click the approval to authorize the service principal.
Any information will be appreciated
Regards and thanks
- wdebakker560May 06, 2024Copper ContributorHey @BrotherPC, where did you reach Microsoft Support? Tried multiple support stops, but they weren't able to solve the problem.
In addition, can confirm the license issue is for more people. I have some friends with the same issue.- Florian_ObradovicJul 09, 2024Copper Contributor
Why on earth should I grant the app full mailbox access?
