What is a good bcm replacement?
I tried Dynamics, but found it a bit too "huge" and overwhelming. Can anybody recommend me a more simple CRM software?

I used to use BCM at work. We have grown from a small startup into a medium enterprise. We had to look for BCM replacement. Fortunately, there are plenty of CRM systems that you can test for free. Unfortunately all the free CRM systems provide only some functions or modules. You actually cannot try all the version and see the way it wors in real life. Therefore we hade to look for a CRM embedded in Outlook that provides all the functions in a free trial already. One of our colleagues who used to have his own small company before he joined us used to wrok with eWay-CRM. It is a perfect tool for SME, embedded in Outlook and has its mobile app. We are very happy. And we tried it for free for first month. At first, I wasn't sure as I have never heard of it before, however, it turned out to be perfect for me.
I recommend to try the free trial first and then decide whether you like it or not.
