What happened to my To Do app?!

I don’t used the iOS app very often, but I added a couple of tasks recently. I come to open it today, it asks me to authenticate - so I do. Then it opens some kind of web app with none of my tasks, and I can’t revert back to the original app!!

What is going on?!?
