Trust issues with Microsoft To-Do

I really want to give Microsoft To-Do a change, but ever since the beginning I'm having trust issues. With the first previews I experienced differences with due dates of tasks.

Now after more then a year (?) I want to give it another try, but I still can't trust it. I have a series of recurring tasks, which are either weekly or monthly. Today I completed a weekly task, which To-Do happily recreated for…. tomorrow (according to To-Do), but with a due date of today, July 8th (according to Outlook).  Oh... and To-Do says the task recurs every Saturday, while Outlook says it recurs every Sunday.

These recurring tasks have been working perfectly in Outlook for more that 5 years. It frustrates me that To-Do can't do such a simple thing...
