To Do wont launch

I have a new lap top with windows 10 - having had issues with other Microsoft apps i have had to reinstall windows10 and since doing so the Microsoft To Do app wont launch. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but still the same - you double click and it flashes up for a millisecond and then disappears.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
