To Do Notifications
We are currently using the web based To Do app on Outlook. Is there a way to get notifications on Outlook or on a banner on the desktop when tasks are added to shared lists? We would like to continue to use this but it isn't helpful if no one knows that something is being added to their list. Thank you.

Hi mjones1075,
yes, you can receive notifications for shared lists in the Microsoft To Do app by enabling notifications on your device.
Notifications will be triggered for various activities, including when someone joins the list, adds a new task, completes a task, unchecks a task, deletes a task, or assigns a task to you.
To activate notifications for shared lists, follow these steps:
- Open To Do > Go to Settings > Select Notifications.
- Toggle on the option for Shared list activity.
Please click Mark as Best Response & Like if my post helped you to solve your issue.
This will help others to find the correct solution easily. It also closes the item.If the post was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Like.
Kindest regards,

I have done this, yet no notifications on any of the shared list activities.
