To Do Items Frozen

My individual to do items on my iPod To Do app cannot be opened (so that I can see, for example: Add Step, Add to My Day, Remind Me, Add Due Date), however all is well on my other devices. If I delete the app on my iPod and re-insert To Do from the app store, will all my data remain or will I lose everything on the other devices also?
