To Do is not working anymore
This just worked for me! Delete the app and two container folders and download a fresh copy.
- Uninstall the To Do Mac app
- Open Finder and press CMD+Shift+G
- Enter “~/Library/Group Containers” and delete “UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.to-do-mac” folder
- Press CMD+Shift+G
- Enter “~/Library/Containers” and delete “Microsoft To Do” folder
- Restart your device, download the app from the App Store and check.

Solution does not work for my MacOS 10.15.7 Catalina... nothing does
Have just gotten used to using Safari browser (but that is also now out of support).
Have to buy new Mac as my MBP (perfectly working) is now an albatross as no way to upgrade the OS on old machine.
If I want the To Do app buy new laptop...

This worked for me.
I can't even begin to describe to you how frustrating this has been trying to get this app to work on my MacBook Air. Works great on my iPhone, never worked on my MacBook.
I was forced to switch from Todoist to To Do at work and I wanted to use the same app for work and personal. Not being able to use it on my MacBook used to really piss me off.
