To Do entries just disappeared from app and web

I don't know if this helps too much, but I think I may know the reason why this is happening. In some web development projects I'm working on, I have to clear my browser's cache occasionally. The other day when I cleared the cache, I had Microsoft To Do open in another tab. When I went back to that tab, it had me sign in again, and my older tasks were gone. It seems that tasks may then be stored in the cache? Unfortunately, I have not found a way to restore any of the tasks...
