vickicarlisle hi there, you and several others have responded to see if there is a fix… From reviewing many posts on this board about the same problem, it just seems to be some thing inherent in Microsoft to do.
My new system is going to be backing these up with screenshots weekly? Which is ridiculous. But I still like the to do tool and just wish it could be trusted.
I fixed mine - I had to fully log out of MS and back in, and everything reappeared.
