YES, PLEASE! David Allen (GTD - Getting Things Done) suggested (many years ago) using categories in Outlook to implement his techniques. It worked great. I really liked that you could select multiple categories for an task - which allowed you to add a task to both your "errand" list and your "@lunch" list, for example. Even if you spent the time converting categories to folders, it would NOT allow you to put a task in multiple folders. I don't understand why Microsoft continuously removes great functionality from their products. Every new generation of their software loses useful functionality. Are they trying to piss off their loyal (old) users?
