Synching without opening App on iOS

Hello there! 🙂

I use the webinterfrace to create a task and set a reminder.

I won't get a notification on my iPhone, if I dont open the iOS App before.
I guess thats normal behaviour, but is there a workaround?


I dont want to open the app everytime I set a reminder. 

Is there no way to push a notification?

      Yes of course I have set the notification options in iOS.

      I forgot to mention that I will get a notification If i open the App, let it sync and close it.
      The problem is the background syncing.

      The option "Background App Refresh" is enabled too.
