Synch problems with www and iMac app

My To Do's work perfect on my iPhone, iPad and in between the two.

Far from perfect is the synchronization to www and the app on my iMac Mini (M1), newest version (Big Sur 11.4). Not via Safari, nor using Chrome.

Any suggestions, experiences or solutions anyone?
