Jan 22, 2018We can be most helpful if you contact our support team via the in-app option found in the settings. For the web app, you can click "Copy Session ID" found in the To-Do settings page and paste it in a support ticket, which you can open here: https://todosupport.helpshift.com/a/microsoft-to-do/?p=web&contact=1

Timo, I did that but I seemed to be much more proficient with To Do than the rep. She gave up and told me to post something here. I’ve had all the same sync issues others listed here. It started earlier this week and To Do is now a mess. Tasks sort themselves, disappear, reappear. It’s tough to use an app that is a disaster and you can’t trust. Is this issue being looked into?
