Sync failing in Microsoft To Do desktop application

Hi All,

Good Day!

One of the users have issues in Microsoft to do settings>sync option

when they try to sync, below error is thrown

I have tries below things

• sign out and sign in
• reset the application 
• uninstall and reinstall

still the issue persist

the web version is working fine.

Can someone provide any solution please.
