Sync between todo ios apps and planner stopped

Hello, i use the todo app on several ios devices. I sync the items from Planner that are assigned to me. This worked fine until a few days ago. All my tasks from planner are not visible in todo anymore. The option in connected apps in the settings is on.

 

Did someone had the same experience and did anyone solve this?

    Menno1855 : i think Microsoft solved the issue. It works again.

      Hello to all, Thnx for your replies. I think the sync between Planner and ToDo work fine again.

        Menno1855 Tasks assigned to me on Planner do not syncing to the ToDo App on my iPad or the app on my Macbook Pro. The list “Assigned to you” appears but  doesn’t seem to sync. Any suggestions?

    Menno1855 Same issue here. Started Friday, I believe. I sent a message to support and received the following reply this morning:

     

    Hi Brad,

    Thank you for letting us know about this. Our apologies for the trouble.

    We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix. We hope to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. We appreciate your bearing with us in the meantime.

    I have this issue too, worked when I first set it up last week - stopped working as of 23/03/2020. Sync for the To Do List fails with Planner connection turned on, otherwise, sync is successful with outlook.

    Menno1855I am experiencing the same issues. The synchronization between Microsoft Planner and Microsoft To Do failed. Cards are not showing up in To Do in my case, neither on iOS or on Windows 10.
