Snooze all the tasks
I use to-do for my minute-to-minute tasks and make a reminder for the start of each of them. For instance, I have to write my essay at 14, eat lunch at 15, read my emails at 15:30, and call my aunt at 15:45. When writing my essay takes a bit longer and I have to snooze eating lunch for 15 minutes, I want all my other tasks to be planned for 15 minutes later so that I don't have to change the reminder time for each of them manually.

Hi npinv,
currently, Microsoft To Do lacks built-in support for automatically rescheduling tasks based on the completion status of a prior task. Nevertheless, manual adjustments to task times are possible within the app.
As an alternative approach, you can try Power Automate to establish a workflow that automatically adjusts the times of subsequent tasks when one task is updated.
