Sharing lists with others outside your organization

Apologies for the late response. We are working on opening up the limitations on sharing. We don't have a timeframe for it yet, but we are working hard on it. The workaround at the moment is to create a personal account, with Android and Windows you can switch between accounts quickly. Again, we're working on bringing that account switching capability to other platforms too. We appreciate your patience.
