Shared To Do List - can you assign reminders/notifications?

We have a shared To Do list with myself and the executive I support (exec items only). When I add items to her To Do list, assign the Task to her, and set a Reminder for notification, this notification is not updating on her end/view, and she is not receiving the reminders.


When you set a reminder for a Task, if it's assigned to a specific person, is there a way to ensure the reminder is pushed to them (her), and not the person who added the item to the To Do List (me)?
