Remind Me Next Week should respect Office / Outlook Start of Week settings
Everyone does not start working on Sunday, nor do we appreciate being reminded (by default) on Sunday. ToDo to follow the "Start of the Week" setting in Office.

- This one is important, I don't know anyone that wants to be reminded of To Do's on Sunday. Monday would be much better, so that option is useful. I would be nice to have it configurable if nothing else.
- ToDo to follow the "Start of the Week" setting in Office at a minimum.
