Sync requirements

I have To-Do enabled tenant-wide, have a To-Do license and an ExO mailbox/license but not on my To-Do's are syncing from the mobile app to the web app or Outlook.  Any ideas as to why it's not syncin...

Hi Erin,

 

Please use the in-app support contact form on the affected device to open a support ticket with us so we can work with you directly and also get a copy of your Session ID, which is likely to reveal what's affecting sync.
