Same Problem here... I was using Wunderlist so far, but the Appstore is blocked at our company.
Bad decission to make these kind of tools accessible only via appstore. Altough I have admin permissions and have a (private) O365 Account I have to move away from Microsoft products...

Use the latest Edge or Chrome and install the To-Do site as an "app".
