Permanently Turn off Suggestions

Is there any way to permanently turn off suggestions in my lists? I turn them off in each individual list, but then a few days later they come back. I can't seem to find a way to fully turn off this features for all or individual lists

    luineala hi Microsoft. I would love to know how to do this permanently as well. As it is incredibly annoying for it to continually pop up again
