Missing link between OneNote & To Do

Hello,

I'm using Microsoft To Do rather than Otlook Tasks, from many different devices. I would like to be able to add a To Do item from One Note through the "To Do Tag". When using this button, it only creates a new task in Outlook, which doesn't appear in To Do. Does anyone know how to make a link between one Note and To Do, or, alternatively, if all Outlook tasks can automatically appear in To Do ?
